Can't get CBS app download message to delete

Was going to download CBS app. Now have a message on app store on my iphone 5 that says "Download Now. CBS will begin to download now.OK". I'm unable to select the OK and nothing happens. I've tried turning the phone off and on, but can't make the message go away. How do I cancel the CBS app download message.

iPhone 5, iOS 7
