iTunes 12.2.0 and HDCP error

Hi,

I have been playing movies from iTunes via my projector for the past 6 months. I use an HDMI cable to get around the HDCP issues. After upgrading to 12.2 I can no longer play my movies on the projector as it says it is not HDCP compliant. I am unable to play the same movies that played fine a month ago. Any suggestions? I'll buy an HDMI splitter if I have to but it seems ridiculous since it worked last month without any issues.
