Downloaded Mp4 Movie 1060p, it is my temp folder, cannot drag it to iTunes.

I downloaded a movie as a Mp4 at 1060p. It is currently in a temp folder. I have been trying to drag the move into iTunes as well as "add file to library." The file is "Open with iTunes" but it does not play. I am using Windows 7.

Any recommendations on how to get the movie over to iTunes? It would be great if you could respond in plain English as I am not tech savvy.
