I cannot erase duplicate songs. I have followed the instructions to the letter.

I have followed the HELP instructions and cannot delete duplicates. I cannot find my iTunes Library. Where is it? Even asking a question has become an ordeal. iTunes is the most non-intuitive, convoluted bunch of confusing instructions that Apple has ever come up with. Is there a way to delete duplicate songs? Why must I spend all this time merely trying where to ask my question. I have a question about iTunes!!!! HOW DO I DELETE DUPLICATE FILES!!!!!!!
