my ipad won't start.

My Ipad just went off, whilst charging. It can't start. it has 15% remaining when I pushed the charger in. Then the screen appear white and when I return to check it, it's totally off.

iPad, iOS 7.0.4

Try a reboot by holding both the power and home buttons until the Apple logo appears, about 10-30 seconds, release both buttons then.

If that does not work, try a different charger and cable. If that does not work, take it to an Apple Store Genius Bar for check out by the techs.

Can be something like a memory overload, system is confused for some reason, or some other reason. A reboot clears the memory and logic errors and resets the system so is the first thing to try when the device acts strange.
