the health app on my iPhone 5s (using iOS 8.4) is not recording any dat, anyone else experiencing the same?

Make sure it's enabled under Settings/Privacy/Motion & Fitness, then turn on Fitness Tracking which will reveal Health. Enable the Health toggle and check if it's working.
Yes all those settings are set. All I can see is body fat percentage with "no data" displayed
Its ok I have realised the issue. I had not set up the dashboard correctly. Thanks for your help

We found out my husband's problem - he thought his phone was 5s but it was 5c.
