My app store is not loading at all on my iPhone 6. I'm 90% percent sure it isn't my data service because I'm able to use other apps with no problem. The only thing I can access in the app store is updates. Every other category comes up as a blank page when I select it. How do I fix this?

I have the exact same problem. I've tried everything from hard-resetting, power off and on, kill process, turn off network and back on, sign out and in of appstore login. Nothing seems to fix this. Been like this in both iOS 8.3 and 8.4. HELP!!!!!!!!!!
Are you able to click Search and search for a specific application?
the only way i can search through apps is through spotlight and even then it only pulls up apps that are in my iCloud purchases. In the app store I can only select update and actually see what apps need to be updated and such and I can also see past purchases not on my phone. But other than that featured, top charts, explore, and search come up as blank.
IT finally worked. I clicked on a link to install an advertised app which took me to AppStore. Then worked. But I'm unsure if Apple fixed it or if it's because of clicking on the link.
I'Ve just tried all of the above and still have the problem.
