Hi. My iMac Hard Disk failed. What is the largest size HDD I can install on it? Googling around seems that it supports 3Gbp/s SATA HDDs with at least 500GB.

With Snow Leopard it should support up to 2 TB drives, but you need to upgrade OS X.
Upgrading to Snow Leopard
