Since update to 8.4, one of my iPads will not sync calendar or note or contacts

i have three I devices. All have been updated to 8.4. Since that update, contact, notes and calendar sync between the iphone 5s and the iPad mini v2. The newest device, an iPad ((latest model), does not synch. I have verified that settings are identical amongst the three. I made no changes to any of them. I have closed and restarted. Nothing seems to help.
