MacBook Pro fresh from level 4 service trackpad clicks but does not move or respond...
My macbook pro late 2013 is an alcoholic. It decided to drink a glass of wine last week and it apparently didn't sit well. Genius bar said I needed level 4 service, basically replace everything, and they sent it out. I just got it back, fired it up and the trackpad doesn't work at all. I can press it down physically and hear a click, it simply doesn't mean anything to the operating system. The cursor doesn't move either. I'm currently using a USB mouse to set it up and download all of my backed up files. Is this a hardware issue or an OS issue that I need to tweak? Thoughts? Fixes? Prayers?
