Can I add RAM to my mid-2013 MacBook Air?

My MacBook Air has 8GB memory, but it is becoming extremely slow, especially when running Windows on Parallels.

Can I add more RAM? If so, what brand(s)? Can I do it myself or must I go to a Genius Bar?

Thanks.

MacBook Air (13-inch Mid 2013), OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

1. No. The RAM on a MacBook Air is soldered to the logic board.

2. None.

3. Neither you nor Apple can increase the RAM of a MacBook Air, except when customizing a model prior to purchase.
