Is IOS 8.4 still beta version ?

I use Ipad air 2 and updated to IOS 8.4 last week.

It is fell bored with it, Awake delay, Touch screen not work, Screen rotation not work.

My friend SergZak discovered if you turn off reduce motion you should get the screen to rotate normally.

iOS 8.4 fully update and not in beta mode. apple now going to launch iOS 9 and preview also available you can read out all about iOS here
