It is annoying when I read something in Safari, that a blue box appears when I touch a paragraph to scroll down. Apple will prompt me to either copy or define. I do not want to either. How do I turn off this "feature"?

If you press and hold on an area of text in Safari then it assumes that you are wanting to select and copy a section of the page or look up a definition, you can't turn that off. If you don't hold the screen as long and just scroll up/down the options shouldn't popup
