How to accept Apple Music invite without an iphone?

Parent wanted to invite me to Apple Music, well only way to do it is with an iPhone or through the Android version of Apple music. Well I only have an android and Apple Music has yet to be released for Android, and you can ONLY accept the invitation through either the Android or iPhone app. Any ideas?
