Repaired by Apple macbook pro late 2013 13" but the trackpad doesn't work on first startup. Help!?

My Macbook Pro is an alcoholic and decided to drink a glass of wine. Subsequent to taking it to the Genius Bar, it was sent out by the store to their repair HQ for level 4 service. From what I can tell, literally every part in and on the machine, including the casing, was replaced. I went to turn it on for the first time and the trackpad doesn't work. I am using a usb mouse just to get it setup. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? Do I need to go back to the store?
