After update 8.4 my phone crashes every time I tap on an app

I Have just downloaded the new software update to my iPhone 5c and now it keeps restarting. each time I unlock the SIM coloured lines appear down the display and it restarts again. If I do get in I can't open anything without the phone crashing and restarting. Can I restore it to prior to the update? And if so, how?
