HI guys, when I'm downloading apps, I do what I normally do, but now, after I do what I normally do, the app comes on my screen, but the app icon is black and says waiting. It is also not making progress.
iPad 2 Wi-Fi, iOS 8.2

Go to itunes main page down at the bottom Apple ID
Sign out then Sign back in.
