How do I recover lost photos from accidental restore when plugging in new iphone 5s?

I just plugged in my new iphone 5s and accidentally restored it in iTunes. It took all my new photos on my 5s and restored them with old photos from my old iphone 4s. How do I get those photos back? They seem to have disappeared completely which is very upsetting as I just went on a vacation and it has a lot of those photos on there. Help Please!
