Songs on my iPhone6 aren't transferring to my MacBook

My iPhone 6 (iOS 8.4) is connected to a Japanese Apple ID while my 2009 MacBook (running OS X Yosemite 10.10.4) is connected to my US one. My laptop recently needed to be rebooted using a back up from November and as a result, all my new music was deleted. Most of the songs I lost were purchased from my iPhone. Songs that I purchased before November are still in my laptop iTunes, but all the songs between November and now won't transfer over.


I've tried updating my laptop, iTunes, my phone and it still hasn't fixed the problem. I also tried to delete a song from my phone and re-DL it but that didn't make a difference. Today I also tried buying new songs on my phone and those transferred over to my computer just fine, but I can't re-purchase the songs already in my music library.


Any suggestions would be great.
