how do i stop the restoring of my iphone from my computer

i was downloading music from my iphone to computer when something popped up on itunes and told me to restore my iphone. I did that and fell asleep.My phone has the charge symbol and the itunes symbol and it wont go away.How can i make it go away and use my phone?
