How I recover iCloud password

I have two apple ID. First Apple ID(......@gmail.com), I use to purchase in iTunes and second apple ID(.......@me.com) , this account use iCloud. But when we bought new mac or others of Apple, system will register account @me.com is apple ID by automatic. Now there are many problem for me I can't reset password....@me.com by secondary mail or birth date. how can I do????
