today i check my serial no . on web site message Displyed

Because last month i restore my phone threw Iphone , After restore my phone not getting network , Today i visit Apple Service center they told me your phone not show which counter hardware . I know my phone from USA kindly send me USA IOS link so i available download to ios for my apple Iphone 5

You have a phone that was either stolen or replaced by apple service and not returned to the service depot.

That phone is unsupportable by Apple.

That said, there are no links to iOS that are legitimate. Just plug it into iTunes and let iTunes download the correct version of iOS for the device.

Actually phone purchase form USA and use in India and last time i forgot my pass code, than i restore threw iTunes in India . after complete process i am not getting network signal . But setting in my carrier name show , some time network signal come and lost . so what i do

You recycle it and buy a phone you can use. That phone was undoubtedly hacked or jailbroken to unlock it. It is unsupportable by Apple It is either stolen or was replaced, as you've already been told.
