Browsing the Apple Terms and Conditions for Apple Music I read that I can only use the service in Austria, where I live. But if I were to subscribe to Apple Music, I would definitely want to use it when I was travelling. Does this mean that Apple Music is of no interest to me or have I misinterpreted something?

I think this means that a person from France, for example, can't sign up for Apple Music in Australia. In other words, if you indicated that you are from Australia while registering your Apple ID, you need to subscribe for Apple Music in this country as the prices for the service vary a bit from country to country. Once you register an account, you can travel and listen to your music. Something like that 🙂

That is what I thought might be intended. However, what the German Terms and Conditions says is:
"Der Dienst steht Ihnen nur in Österreich zur Verfügung. Sie dürfen den Dienst nicht von außerhalb Österreichs nutzen oder versuchen zu nutzen. iTunes kann mit Hilfe von technischen Mitteln die Einhaltung dieser Bestimmung überprüfen."
My translation is:
"The Service is only available to you in Austria. You may not use or attempt to use the Service from outside Austria. iTunes can check this condition with help of technical means."
Read as it stands, that seems to stop you using Apple Music outside your home country. I hope (and rather assume) that this is a mistranslation of the English Terms and Conditions but it should certainly be clarified. What does "use the Service" imply? If you can't listen to music, the Service isn't much good!
