Playlists can't sync with new iTunes?

For some reason iTunes has removed all playlists from my mac to my iPhone after a sync.

When i go into sync on my iPhone (from iTunes) it just says 'iCloud Music Library is on' and doesn't give me the option of selecting and syncing my playlists any more.
