Q: I can't unhide a song in iTunes?

same here, i hope that apple will fix this bug.

Ditto. I can't unhide any songs on albums by "Various Artists." Grr.

log a a case with apple support. They will unhide everything for you quite quickly. I had the same problem

bro, i didn't understand. so u Had the same issues and Apple support helped to love it or u still having the same issue? cause i still waiting since 2ed of July, and i haven't gotten any help to solve this... or mb i wrote about this problem in wrong topic?

Yeah, I had the same problem. I couldn't unhide any albums that were "Various Artists" such as soundtracks, compilations etc...

I emailed iTunes support and in less than 24 hours they responded and un-hid all those tracks.

This is from their email reply....

"I understand that you were unable to unhide your purchased albums by Various Artists. I can certainly appreciate your desire to regain access to your content. I have investigated your issue and I will be happy to provide you all the information that I found.

Since you were not able to unhide your purchases, we removed all the items on your Hidden Purchases.

You should be able to see your purchases now.

Note: If the item you unhide isn't already downloaded to your Mac or PC, it will download automatically.

I just had a chat with Shelbie from US Apple Support (even though I live in Mexico) and she kindly unhid all my purchases without any problem and all my purchases are visible again. I had to go to through US Support because the one in Mexico is email-only and they totally misunderstood my problem giving me no solution...

Why can't they just fix it properly though!? Instead of us having to call and do this manually. Surely it is not a difficult bug to fix.

Alright guys, usually i never write any posts or help on them, but this faking issues make us one huge unfortunate group of people. Also it's a really good way to practice my English little bit..

So... I've been waiting since 4 of July when they fix this stupid issue, but how i understood finally, it's a wrong place where we posted these problems.

The solve for this issue so simple, Call to iTunes support group( +1 512 674 2000), and ask them just unhide all of your unhide songs and albums... that's it.

Whole this process spent for me around 2 hours of talking with different assistants. I tried to explain them that only 'Various Artist Albums' impossible to unhide, but they asked me to share my screen, Reload iTunes, Log out from my Apple account, Check Any Update and any other ********... When i tried explain, that it's is problem in their store or service. Also i showed them this post, but they don't pay any attention on this...

Only When i Explained to the 3 Assistant (Her name is Alaina and she made my day and helped me) that i really need to solve this issue, i spent thousands $ on music in Apple store and i need whole my library for my job, she started hardworking, consulate with any Apple departments and finally she found a Solve.
