Why playlist are not sync between iMac, iPhone and/or iPads?

Hi folks,

the question simple as this: Why playlist are not sync between iMac, iPhone and/or iPads?

I (as others) am comparing Spotify vs Apple music. The first thing I noticed is my playlist are not automatically Sync between my devices, even I'm using the same account in all of them. BTW, I have turn on the cloud feature on all my devices.

Any suggestion will be appreciated.
