Day 4 and still no help.
I have just once again changed my Apple ID. I got signed into this forum okay - on my laptop. BUT it is my new IPad Mini that I am trying to get going. That will not let me in with the new ID. If I can't get in - I cannot get the serial number - if I cannot get the serial number I cannot get support! As I understand it one ID - the last one created - is supposed to work for everything Apple - right? So why doesn't it? I am ready to throw in the towel!
