Day 4 and still no help.

I have just once again changed my Apple ID. I got signed into this forum okay - on my laptop. BUT it is my new IPad Mini that I am trying to get going. That will not let me in with the new ID. If I can't get in - I cannot get the serial number - if I cannot get the serial number I cannot get support! As I understand it one ID - the last one created - is supposed to work for everything Apple - right? So why doesn't it? I am ready to throw in the towel!

I think that the serial number is printed on the box and on the back of the device. You get 90 days of free phone support when you purchase an iPad. Get the serial number from the box and call them.
