iTune Upgrade to 12.2.0.145

I upgraded to version 12.2.0.145 and now my music is in my recycle bin on Windows 7.0 OS. I try to restore it but it will not let me. Has anyone seen a problem with iTunes 12.2.0.145 deleting your music and if so, how do I restore it?
