I require the email address to send in photos of an inactive iTunes card because they have hung up on me on the phone after a 20minute wait

MY iTunes code was leaving me with a message saying it has been inactive I have tried to ring iTunes and they said I need to send photos of the card and receipts in but gave me no address as they hung up. Anyone no the address please
