missing new note icon in notes

Hi,

iPad Air 2 (64GB) seems to have some problems with Notes app.

I have couple of notes already in app (after sync) but issue is that I can not see "New" icon when I tap on Notes app - I can only see existing notes, edit them or remove them (or share them), but despite of my iPhone 5S where "New" is displayed when Notes are running - my iPad Air 2 does not display this item on right side of screen (top of the screen) like my iPhone 5S.
