iPod disabled for 23,929,546 minutes?!
I haven't used my iPod in a few days and it died, I just charged it and now it's disabled for 23,929,546 minutes, that's 45 years! Help!

Try connecting to the computer you normally sync with and see if it corrects. If not, you will need to restore the device. See this support document for a disabled device. Forgot passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
Is there no way I can get back into it without restoring it? I haven't backed it up in a long while because I don't use it much but I have a lot on there.
It says to respond on iPod before it does anything which I obviously couldn't do.

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
iOS: Forgot passcode or device disabled
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

To restore from backup see:

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.
You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
If problem what happens or does not happen and when in the instructions? When you successfully get the iPod in recovery mode and connect to computer iTunes should say it found an iPod in recovery mode.
I'm sorry, I cannot help that you have not backed up the device. The only way to deal with the disabled device is in the instructions provided.
