ive recently had a new screen fitted on my iPhone 6 now I can't use my Touch ID or even update to iOS 8.4,I've reset my phone but that hasn't worked any help or advice would be great.
return it to where the screen was change as they seemed to have broken something in the process
HE told me it was probably the software and nothing to do with the screen change,so he told me to back the phone up and reset it if that fails which it has then he's gonna check inside the phone
sensor for touch id is tied in with logic board so if he changed the whole assembly >front camera/sensors, lcd and home button instead of just the lcd the touch id wont work without original button, if it is the original the connector probably isnt seated or else hes tore the ribbon cable-

Who is "he"? If "He" isn't someone at Apple, then your phone is unsupportable, either here or by Apple.
