Hi all,
I have successfully submitted my podcast to iTunes, but I can not figure out how to change the 'Website' link on my Apple Store page from my Wordpress based Podcast Feed to my company's main website. I am using PowerPress with WordPress, and hosting my podcasts on Amazon Web Services.

The website link is carried in the 'link' tag in the feed and you would change it wherever you originally entered the URL that is there now. If you are not clear how to do this you should be able to get help in the Blubrry PowerPress forum: http://forum.blubrry.com

I found the solution through the blubrry forums.
For anyone else that runs into this issue, here is the answer:
Navigate inside of WordPress to PowerPress>Podcast Channels. Click on the Podcast Channel you'd like to edit, and change the 'Feed Landing Page URL' to your desired page, under the Feed Settings tab.
