I Have tried it three times. First Time
windows was was working for 6 months After a Windows Update it couldnt Start. I have installed Windows now via BootCamp and it got
the Same problem as before. It stucks at Welcome screen for a long time
after that it follows a bluescreen.

Can you look at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2528614 ? What type of memory (RAM) is in your Mac? Has it been upgraded from the original RAM?
It is the original RAM in my Mac, I would never open a Mac to change the RAM
Can you run an Apple Hardware Test to see if it can find anything - Using Apple Hardware Test - Apple Support ?
The AHT stucks at 1min 29sec ...
Which test is it running now? A screen shot/photograph would be very helpful.
There is only "Testing System" on screen
Give it a few minutes. If you started an extended test, it should give you an estimated time for completion.
I have waited 1 hour with normal test.

There is a chance that the Windows partition is out of disk space.
