Safari has trouble opening my AT&T Homepage.

For several months now, I have trouble opening my homepage in Safari. My home page is the AT&T home page. Sometimes I get the message Safari can't find the server or the page loads but incompletely, such as missing pictures in places. I have cleared the history and cookies many times but does not seem to fix the issue. Any ideas of how this may be resolved?
