I can't write to my external usb device

The device has the ISO 9660 format, and the write status is read only. I need to change the status to read and write. The USB was manufactured by a company, which obviously didn't want people to overwrite the website link they had on there (It was an advertisement and I got the flash drive for free). I couldn't erase it with Disk Utility either:

Notice the strange numbers (available data) for both.
