How to transfer ITunes U content To ITunes On PC

Earlier, when I was Using Windows 8.1, it worked Just fine.

But now after the System format and reinstall (windows 10), i cannot transfer my itunes u courses on my pc. The Sync and transfer has now reduced to a 4 steps process from 7 steps that happened Earlier.

Please Help, as I am out of space on my Ipad and want to shift some content to my pc for downloa

ding more.
