I have upgraded to V 12.2.0 of iTunes, but now all references to iTunes match has disappeared. I have repaired and also reinstalled iTunes without any success.
I am currently running Win 10, so not sure if this could be the reason - pleaser see the print screen below:

iTunes match is now included in the iCloud music Library:
You need to ensure that iCloud Music library is ticked. Also tick show Apple Music if you want to use it.
Update iCloud library is now under File > Library.
