duplicated playlist (iphone/mac)

Hi all,

I can't find a solution to this issue.

all my playlist on my iphone seems now completely unsynchronized to the ones on my mac.

I have to remember to select the iphone one to get it uploaded to the phone. bummer!

how can I get rid of this? I want a single playlist that works / editable for both devices.
