How do I permanently empty my recently deleted photos album in iCloud?

Items placed in iCloud Photo Library's Recently Deleted folder are normally kept there for 30 days. If you wish to completely delete these photos before that time period, go to the Recently Deleted album, select the item(s) to be deleted, tap Delete, then tap Delete [items].
