Where is shuffle songs on iPhone iTunes?

Once you have started a single song, with that song displayed on the screen, you will see the shuffle icon in the bottom section of the screen. Tap on the song towards the bottom in case you cannot see the full screen for he song control. I'll post a screen shot in a few.

I have that same album on my phone! 🙂

And I have the John, Paul, George, Ringo EP on my iPhone and iPad! 🙂

We both obviously have great taste in music! 😉

I did the update to the latest iOS (that included the new iTunes). Everything is reorganized and I can not find the option to shuffle play my song library.

That is a feature that I like to use a lot — to listen to my music in random order.

You can also use Siri and say, "Shuffle all my music." She will be happy to comply.

That's not how 12.2 iTunes with iOS 8.4 looks. Which version are you referencing in the screen shot you took?? thx.

That is iOS 8.4 with Show Apple Music turned off in the Music Settings

shuffle button shows up whether join apple music is on or off. this issue I have is that when you touch the shuffle button it doesn't turn blue anymore to show it is on or off. I keep hitting the button and it keeps jumping songs, my issue is how the heck do you turn it off and KNOW that it is off? Any help would be appreciated. I wish I could post screen shots for you all because my screen is different than the photos above.

When the shuffle button is on, there is a dark rectangle around it. When you tap it to turn it off, the rectangle disappears. My screenshots are from an iPhone 5s with iOS 8.4. Actually, iTunes 12.2. does not have anything to do with what you see on the iPhone. Are you referring to the view on the phone or the computer, which has iTunes 12.2?

The view on the iPhone. As you can tell I am not too savvy with iphone/iTunes stuff. So, if I could show my screenshot here, which I don't know how to do, I would show you how I click on the shuffle icon on my iphone when playing a song from my library and nothing changes on the screen, all it does is skips to another song in the playlist that I want to shuffle. I would hate wasting time up at the apple store to fix this, so was hoping this forum would find me a solution. anyone have any issue with an iPhone 6 using 8.4iOS not changing the shuffle icon when tapping it??

To post a screen shot, you use the camera icon on the top portion of this edit window in the forum software. I don't believe you can do it when you are responding via email. Clicking on the camera icon allows you to browse your computer for a picture and upload it.
