When I try to do "New Station from Song" or "New Station from Artist" on a track, iTunes just stops playing and does nothing

I am a subscriber of Apple Music.
Since I started with the service I could not do custom radio stations , in specific, I can not use the options "Station from New Song" or "Station from New Artist".
if I right click on track and choose "New Station from Song" or " New Station from Artist " iTunes stops playing and just does nothing.
This happens to me in iTunes 12.2.0.145, installed in Windows 8.1 and Windows 10.
No problem occurs in iOS 8.4 and the strange thing is that if I do stations in iOS, appear in iTunes and can play.

clues to fix the problem???
