SHould I have confidence or is this a false warning?

It’s a scam. Choose Force Quit from the Apple menu, close Safari, and then launch it with the Shift key held down. If the message reappears, temporarily disconnect the computer from the Internet and/or click here and run Adware Medic. If you need to download the tool, doing so may require a different web browser.
