Restore iphone Backup from Backup on remote PC

Long story short: I bought a new iPhone, the last was stolen or lost. The computer that has my most recent backup is in the Philippines and I am back in NY. I have full access to this remote PC.

I RARed the entire remote iTunes folder and replaced it on my local PC. Still no go.

I request your assistance on two fronts:

1. Help me verify I actually have a backup of my iPhone on this remote PC to be sure I'm not spinning my wheels. I don't know how to do this without attaching the iPhone to that PC. Last local backup I have was from 2013 Ross' iPhone and it has been restored.

2. How do I transfer and make ready for the restore process if I do indeed find a recent backup on this remote PC. (currently I am RARign whatever I need and transferring via dropbox).

Best regards and many thanks,

Ross
