My Mac Book air (about 3 weeks old), suddenly takes forever to turn on.

Usually when I pressed the On button it took about 4 seconds untill I could enter my password. Now it suddenly takes 20-30s ?

I did not change anything, My programmes are all closed and it is fully updated.

Select Macintosh HD as the Startup Disk.
