how do i update my apps from a pc
there is no room on my phone to update my apps. how can i do it from a pc?

Make sure that your apps are updated in iTunes/Apps/Updates on your computer. Then connect to your computer and sync the phone. There has to be at least some free space on the phone to sync it with iTunes, maybe you can delete some music or movies, those purchases can be downloaded again for free. Or import photos to your PC and delete them on the phone after that to make some space.
