Q: i can't connect my hands free kit

I have an Audi A3 with a Kufatec Fiscon hands free kit. My iPhone5s recognises the device but will not connect. Any ideas anyone?

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.4

I have read in other threads that if you have buttons on the steering wheel, to use those to connect instead of buttons on the stereo.

Have you consulted your owner's manual on how to pair their system with a bluetooth device?

Owners manual says to just find device and pair, no use

Hi braden, yes have read that but doesn't help. Will contact Audi to see if it is incompatible or if they have any other suggestions. Thanks anyway
