Q: how do i get my playlists back that the icloud erased

i recently bought an IPAD2. i was setting up with my Itunes account on my PC and had to update the program to 12.2. When it came back, my content changed and my playlists are erased. How can I get it back and get out/away from the icloud?

Don't turn on Apple Music if it isn't too late.
