Filtering one sheet from another, list of names.

How can I use one sheet in a numbers document as a criteria for filtering another sheet?

I have a column of names in one sheet, in the 'last name, first name' format, and would like to use those as a reference to either highlight or remove matching names that I paste into a table on another sheet.

I tried using conditional highlighting but it only seems to work with one cell, and not the entire column. Sample below (not real names)

Hi Lux,

You can use COUNTIF() to check for dups.

If you need a highlight you can make a rule in column B to check if greater than 0 and highlight that column.
