Mail crashing since latest update

since Apple update to Mavericks recently, Mail is now crashing when I open it. I have tried reboot, I have tried deleting all new messages using webmail, but whenever I try to launch Mail now it gives me following and never displays the GUI at all. Its completely broken. Apple, this is horrible bug, but how can I work around it?
